How To Make Simple Seafood Platter

Ingredients
- 8 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 sea scallops
- 1 lb mussels
- 1 lb clams
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or broiler to high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Brush the mixture onto the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams.

Place the seafood on the grill or under the broiler and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
