Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Gulf shark fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush the Gulf shark fillets with the prepared spice mixture on both sides.

  4. Place the seasoned fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the shark is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the grilled Gulf shark from the heat and garnish with fresh lemon slices.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
