Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.

  3. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

  4. In a small saucepan, heat the salsa over medium heat until heated through.

  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Pour the heated salsa over the potatoes and toss gently to coat.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
