How To Make Warm Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 8 cups of mixed salad greens
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, toss the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and dill together.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil to make the dressing.

Grill or bake the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

Remove the salmon from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Divide the salad mixture onto four plates. Top each plate with a portion of the flaked salmon.

Drizzle the dressing over each salad and serve immediately.
