How To Make Seafood Newburg
Seafood newburg is a rich and creamy shrimp dish with paprika and dry sherry. It's great served on top of noodles or rice.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cup milk
- ¼ cup dry sherry
- 1 paprika, pinch
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 Worcestershire sauce, dash
- 6 oz shrimp, (2 cans), drained
Instructions

Combine butter, flour and salt in a saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes. Slowly pour in milk and bring mixture to a boil.

Stir sherry into the mixture (to taste), paprika, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Place seafood in the saucepan and heat thoroughly.

Serve hot.
