Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 red chillies, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chillies, sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the crab meat to the pan and gently stir to combine with the garlic and chillies. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  4. Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to coat the pasta in the crab mixture.

  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
