Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  4. Season with salt and remove shrimp from skillet. Set aside.

  5. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

  6. Return shrimp to the skillet and squeeze lemon juice over the dish.

  7. Stir everything together and cook for an additional minute.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
