Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Season with salt and remove shrimp from skillet. Set aside.

Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Return shrimp to the skillet and squeeze lemon juice over the dish.

Stir everything together and cook for an additional minute.
