How To Make Blue Cheese & Grape Salad with Caramelised Pecans

Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, red grapes, green grapes, and crumbled blue cheese.

In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the pecans and brown sugar, and cook until the pecans are caramelised and coated in the sugar mixture, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pecans from the skillet and let them cool.

Sprinkle the caramelised pecans over the salad.

Serve the salad immediately.
