How To Make Prawn Tikka Masala

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.

Add cleaned prawns to the marinade, coat well, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until onions are golden brown.

Add tomato puree and cook for a few minutes until the oil separates.

Add marinated prawns along with the marinade to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through.

Stir in heavy cream and season with salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with naan or rice.
