How To Make Brie & Cranberry Filo Parcels

Ingredients
- 4 sheets of filo pastry
- 200g Brie cheese, sliced
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Lay one sheet of filo pastry on a clean surface and brush with melted butter.

Place another sheet of filo pastry on top and brush with melted butter. Repeat with the remaining two sheets of filo pastry.

Cut the filo pastry into 4 equal squares.

Place a slice of Brie cheese in the center of each square and top with a tablespoon of cranberry sauce.

Fold the corners of each square up to form a parcel and brush the edges with beaten egg to seal.

Transfer the parcels to the prepared baking tray and brush the tops with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the filo pastry is crispy and golden.
