How To Make Roast Spring Lamb with Rosé Wine & Oranges

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) leg of lamb
- 2 oranges
- 750 ml (3 cups) rosé wine
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the leg of lamb in a roasting pan.

Pour the rosé wine into the roasting pan.

Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the lamb.

Place the rosemary sprigs on top of the lamb.

Cut the remaining orange into slices and arrange them around the lamb.

Roast the lamb in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Baste the lamb with the pan juices every 30 minutes.

Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Serve the roast lamb with the pan juices and orange slices.
