  • 4 frozen salmon fillets
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen salmon fillets into the Instant Pot.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable broth, lemon juice, garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets in the Instant Pot.

  4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual mode for 12 minutes.

  5. Once the cooking time is complete, carefully release the pressure using the quick release valve.

  6. Serve the salmon fillets hot with your favorite side dish.
