Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.

  3. Place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

  4. In a large bowl, combine parsley leaves, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the salad ingredients.

  5. Serve the grilled tuna steaks on a bed of parsley salad.
