- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for serving

In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, pickles, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
