How To Make Asparagus with dipping sauces

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Dipping Sauces:
- Tangy Mustard Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Spicy Sriracha Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

While the asparagus is roasting, prepare the dipping sauces.

For the Tangy Mustard Sauce, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and chopped dill in another small bowl.

For the Spicy Sriracha Sauce, mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a third small bowl.
