How To Make Fish Cake Fingers

Ingredients
- 300g fish fillets, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a food processor, blend the fish fillets until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, combine the fish puree, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the mixture into finger-sized cakes and place them on a plate or baking sheet.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the fish cakes in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
