  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the fish fillets into finger-sized pieces.

  3. In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, flour, salt, paprika, and black pepper.

  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

  5. Dip each fish finger into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  6. Place the coated fish fingers on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Spray the fish fingers lightly with cooking spray.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
