How To Make Crisp Spiced Fish Fingers

- 500g white fish fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the fish fillets into finger-sized pieces.

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each fish finger into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
