How To Make Chunky Fish Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 lb of white fish fillets, cut into finger-sized pieces
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Dip each fish finger into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the fish fingers until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the fried fish fingers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
