  • 1 lb of white fish fillets, cut into finger-sized pieces
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Dip each fish finger into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the fish fingers until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Transfer the fried fish fingers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Serve hot with ketchup or tartar sauce.
