Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pick through crab meat and remove any shells or cartilage.

  2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, red onion, celery, red bell pepper, and parsley.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour dressing over crab mixture and toss gently to combine.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
