How To Make Crab Louie Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, crab meat, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, green olives, parsley, and chives.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Divide the salad into 4 serving plates and garnish with additional chives, if desired.
