Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp of chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Spread the tuna mixture evenly onto the toasted bread slices.

  3. Place the topped bread slices under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the tuna is heated through and slightly golden.

  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
