How To Make Crab and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup lump crabmeat
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice chicken breasts horizontally through the middle to create pockets.

In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
