How To Make Crab and Tomato Bruschetta Recipe

A flavorful appetizer that combines sweet tomatoes and savory crab meat on a toasted baguette.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 can of crab meat, drained
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together crab meat, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Spread the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.

  4. Spoon the crab and tomato mixture over the baguette slices and serve.
