How To Make Crab & Tangled Asparagus Salad on Toast

- 8 asparagus spears
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 200g crab meat
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 lemon, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the ends of the asparagus spears and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.

In the meantime, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Spread a generous amount of crab meat over each slice of toast.

Top with roasted asparagus spears and mixed greens.

Drizzle with lemon juice and season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
