How To Make Crab & Asparagus Omelette

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the crab meat and asparagus to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.

Pour the egg mixture over the crab and asparagus in the skillet.

Cook for 5 minutes, until the edges of the omelette are set.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese and green onions over half of the omelette.

Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
