  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Sprinkle the flour over the butter and garlic, whisking constantly until a smooth paste forms.

  4. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.

  5. Add the salt, black pepper, and paprika, stirring until well combined.

  6. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly opaque.

  7. Transfer the seafood mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

  8. In a small bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  9. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the seafood in the baking dish, ensuring full coverage.

  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.

  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
