How To Make Broiled Grouper Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 grouper fillets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the broiler.

In a small bowl, combine the grated parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the grouper fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Spread the parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

Broil the fillets for 8-10 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
