Ingredients

  • 4 grouper fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the grated parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the grouper fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  4. Spread the parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

  5. Broil the fillets for 8-10 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
