How To Make Aromatic Steamed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, red chili flakes, and salt.

Place the salmon fillets on a heatproof plate and pour the marinade over the top, making sure to evenly coat each fillet.

Heat water in a steamer or a large pot fitted with a steaming rack. Once the water is boiling, place the plate with the salmon into the steamer, cover, and steam for about 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the plate from the steamer and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.

Serve the aromatic steamed salmon hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
