How To Make Liver & bacon sauté with potatoes & parsley

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 lb liver, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.

  2. In the same skillet, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

  3. Add the liver strips to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the potatoes are golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Return the liver and bacon to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
