How To Make Paneer & Cheddar Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 200g paneer, grated
- 100g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chutney and ketchup for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the grated paneer, grated cheddar cheese, finely chopped onion, and green chilies. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Take a slice of bread and spread butter on one side. Flip the slice and spread the paneer and cheese mixture on the other side.

Top it with a few slices of tomato and cover with another slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining slices of bread.

Heat a pan or grill pan over medium heat. Place the sandwiches on the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Remove from heat and cut each sandwich into halves or quarters.

Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
