Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb meat, thinly sliced
  • 4 baguette rolls
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Season the lamb slices with salt and pepper.

  3. In a hot skillet, cook the lamb slices until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  4. Slice the baguette rolls in half lengthwise and toast them in the oven for a few minutes until slightly crispy.

  5. Spread tzatziki sauce on both sides of the toasted baguette rolls.

  6. Layer the cooked lamb slices, tomato slices, red onion slices, and chopped parsley on the bottom half of the baguette rolls.

  7. Place the top halves of the baguette rolls over the filling to make sandwiches.

  8. Serve the Greek lamb baguettes immediately and enjoy!
