- 1 lb lamb meat, thinly sliced
- 4 baguette rolls
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Season the lamb slices with salt and pepper.

In a hot skillet, cook the lamb slices until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Slice the baguette rolls in half lengthwise and toast them in the oven for a few minutes until slightly crispy.
