  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 rolls or bread slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for spreading

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. While garlic is cooking, beat eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Push garlic to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

  5. Split the rolls or bread slices in half horizontally and lightly toast them.

  6. Spread butter on the toasted rolls or bread slices.

  7. Assemble the sandwiches by layering the bacon and scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each roll.

  8. Top with the other half of the rolls and serve hot.
