- 1 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 4 slices of eggplant
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 whole wheat buns
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of pesto sauce
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
