- 4 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1 mozzarella ball, torn into small pieces
- 4 cups rocket leaves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the blood orange slices, mozzarella pieces, and rocket leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
