How To Make Beetroot & Mozzarella Salad with Maple Dressing

- 4 medium-sized beetroots, cooked and sliced
- 200g mozzarella cheese, torn
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- ¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

In a salad bowl, combine the sliced beetroots, mozzarella cheese, mixed salad greens, walnuts, and fresh basil leaves.
