How To Make Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
