Arugula, tahini, and garbanzo beans makes up this easy hummus recipe! A truly creamy and spicy vegan-friendly dip that’s also packed with tangy flavors.

Ingredients

  • 15ozgarbanzo beans,(1 can), drained
  • ¼cuparugula,packed
  • ¼cuptahini
  • ¼cuplemon juice
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the garbanzo beans, arugula, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor, then pulse until the garbanzo beans are chopped.

  2. Slowly drizzle olive oil into garbanzo bean mixture while blending until mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve with veggies or bread, and enjoy!
