How To Make Mixed Mushroom & Ham Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cooked ham, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Add the cooked mushrooms to the salad and gently toss again.
