  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, parsley, mint, cilantro, and pomegranate seeds.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
