How To Make Pomegranate Jello Salad

A refreshing and colorful salad made with pomegranate juice and fruit.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 package (3 oz) raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the pomegranate juice to a boil.

  2. Add the raspberry gelatin and stir until dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

  4. Add the apples, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts to the gelatin mixture.

  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl or individual glasses and chill for at least 3 hours or until set.
