How To Make Balsamic Chicken & Peach Salad

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Preheat grill to medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

In the meantime, place the sliced peaches on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until slightly charred.

Slice the chicken into thin strips.

In a large bowl, toss the mixed salad greens with the balsamic dressing.

Divide the dressed greens onto four plates and top with grilled chicken and sliced peaches.
