How To Make Smoked Duck & Grilled Peach Salad

Ingredients
- 2 smoked duck breasts
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing them into thin strips.

Place the peaches, cut side down, on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they have grill marks. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly before slicing.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, toasted walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Add the sliced duck and grilled peaches to the salad bowl.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat everything evenly.
