- 1 celeriac, peeled and julienned
- 50g Parmesan cheese, shaved
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine the celeriac, Parmesan, walnuts, and parsley.
