How To Make Brock’s BBQ Ribs Recipe
Sweet and savory fall-off-the-bone ribs, perfect for any backyard barbecue.

Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of Brock’s BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs.

Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.

Remove the foil and brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce.

Increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 30 minutes, basting the ribs with additional sauce every 10 minutes.

Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
