How To Make Frying Pan Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin pizza crust.

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Place one pizza crust in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it starts to bubble and brown.

Flip the crust over and spread pizza sauce evenly on top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the toppings are heated through.

Remove the pizza from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining dough and toppings.

Slice the pizzas and serve hot.
