How To Make No-Yeast Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined and a dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle or desired shape.

Place the rolled out crusts onto greased baking sheets.

In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Brush the crusts with olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over each crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the crusts are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce onto each crust.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your favorite toppings.

Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
