How To Make Salade Niçoise

Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
- 1 cup canned tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

Arrange the hard-boiled eggs, tuna, black olives, capers, and fresh basil leaves on top of the salad greens.

In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
