  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add the milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Press the dough evenly into a greased deep-dish pizza pan or a round cake pan.

  5. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  7. Add your desired toppings generously on top of the cheese.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
