How To Make Uno Deep Dish Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- assorted toppings (such as pepperoni, sausage, onions, and peppers)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

Add the warm water and vegetable oil, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes, then cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
